Cold Shower Anyone?

Have any of you tried cold showers?

I am slowly introducing this practice to my life – not the easiest, but I am persisting and starting to notice the benefits.

A powerful grounding technique shown to boost your immune system, elevate mood (by triggering dopamine), increase your body’s ability to handle stress, increase energy, speed up fat loss and energetically cleanse your body.

Start off with 30 secs at the beginning of your shower and 30 secs at the end and slowly increase.
